“Car Park is convenient and secure and worth the premium, however internal signage is poor and it is usually difficult to find a space as they seem to run the car park at 99.9% occupancy.
EVERY visit involves looping around the floors hunting out one of a handful of spaces available, we always allow 15mins for this and sometimes need to follow returning travellers back to their cars.
Not the most relaxing start to your trip ... but nothing compared to the ordeal of the Birmingham airport departure area queuing!”
