“The booking process was straightforward, access to the car park worked really well via number plate recognition, there were plenty spaces on the upper levels, the lifts all worked fine, it was clean and it was particularly good that it’s literally about 200 yards walk to the departures entrance. Our plane was delayed by an hour and a half on the way back and we arrived after midnight but there was no impact on our parking or the cost and this worked smoothly. It was pouring with rain so having the car park on arriving back in the country was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend parking here.”
“It is the most convenient way of getting from/to the airport. It’s the closest car park to BHX terminals and has many floors so you will (eventually) find a space, although the provision for blue badge spaces on lower floors was both times insufficient and I had to park in a non-blue badge space. No big deal but just means I had to suffer a little more pain than I would have liked . Other than this it’s

Navigating around the car park can be tricky as directions could be improved. Also, if there was a sign indicating where there are parking spaces, it would be helpful as searching can take quite some time.”
“Best Car Park at Birmingham Airport, within a few steps of the terminal. Good lighting and numbered parking spaces means you won’t forget where you’ve parked after a Holiday! 1 lift wasn’t working but the other was large enough for 6 people and baggage. Only downside is it is expensive”
