“After parking the car on arrival I found the location of the meet and greet point quite difficult to find and I asked some staff at the terminal where it was and they didn't know. Fortunatley the third person I asked, did know.
When I picked up the car I was told I didn't need a ticket to exit and the barrier would open automatically. It didn't, but fortunately one of the car park staff opened the barrier for me. Apart from that all other aspects fine.”
“Convenient for the airport - friendly staff HOWEVER meet and greet is very badly sign posted from the carpark upon arrival and from the terminal upon return.”
“Incredible service. We left from T4 and arrived back to T2. The car was dropped off at T4 but we collected it from T2, which was a nice surprise. Only one criticism, because of some poor signage just before you enter the short stay car park, we accidentally drove through the drop off area and latterly got a letter issuing a £40 fine. However, we appealed and the fine was dropped.”
