“Turn up at car park only to be refused entry despite having all the confirmation with bar codes etc,none of which work . Human turns up and eventually let's us in and informs us we were never on the system . Books us in manually ,returned after trip and barrier won't let us out ,says we've overstayed our welcome and have to pay more! Human again has to intervene and tells us that the booking had not been completed properly.
So not only did the booking system fail the human intervention failed also .
