“Long Stay Weekender was a good deal money wise. The car park was easy to find , just a few minutes walk from the Airport. Shuttle bus was round in minutes.
Our return flight was delayed by 3hrs, but there was no problem. Thank you.”
“Plenty of spaces and the car was safe during our holiday. The weather was horrific when we returned to collect the car and the driver of the transfer mini bus kindly asked where in the carpark we'd like to be dropped off to save us getting soaked, rather than just dropping us at the bus stop. One thing I was confused about however was that in the email confirmation, it said to take a ticket, but when we got to the barrier it said it was ticket-less. The barrier opened, but we reversed back to press the button for a ticket (as I thought we'd need that as per the email) then the barrier closed again but opened to let us in. I spent most of the holiday wondering if we should have taken a ticket or not, and if we were going to get back out without being charged again. This was a bit confusing!”
“I was a hour late picking up my car because my flight was delayed. Explained my situation and it was not a problem. Barrier lifted and I was on my way within a couple of minutes.”
