“Absolutely flawless process, booked online and paid for my booking. Directions were all supplied on confirmation email and it was easy to find, super easy to get a space and so close to the airport terminal. Car was secure and safe.”
“Great location close to terminal building, and ANPR technology means a seamless entry / exit passage. I always pre-book to get better rates for extended stays. However, during a recent stay flights back into Aberdeen were disrupted and delayed due to storm conditions. I tried to extend my parking on the website, but you can't do that so I emailed the company asking to extend my parking by 24 hours. I did not receive a response from them at that time (it came the following day) and was charged an excess stay fee of £50 for one day.
When the email reply did come through it stated that it is not possible to extend the parking duration one the vehicle has been checked in to the car park.
I find this business tactic absolutely disgusting as I made every effort to contact the company in advance to address a situation completely outwith my control.
I certainly won't be hurrying back.”
