“Made our trip much easier. Arrived and parked, no problems. Flew to our destination. Arrived home, collected luggage and left airport to get the car. No problems on leaving car park. Much better than waiting for taxis or someone to pick us up/drop us off. Would recommend”
“When I arrived at the barrier, my car number plate was 'not recognised'. I took a ticket to get through the barrier. There was a man at the car park reception. He checked computer, said to go to the barrier when I came back, explain the situation and they would sort it out. Did as he said a week later (barrier wanted £400!), explained over the intercom, and all was ok, I was let out. Not too bad at the end of the day of course, but something that shouldn't have happened and you are looking for ways to improve.”
“I was happy that the cheapest option avaliable at Aberdeen airport was so close to the terminal and also under cover. My one gripe is that the instructions for entry to the carpark mentioned taking a ticket and on arrival I was gretaed by the machine by name and the barrier opened, no ticket was offered and no ticket was required on exit. So this caused no isses. I think the instructions in the booking email need to be amended.”
