“The only negative in my opinion is that, because I'd booked with APH I was looking for a sign which said APH at the car park but in fact the only sign there said ACPOA and I wondered if I was at the correct place and as I had arrived when the car park was unmanned there was no-one thereto ask. It would be beneficial if you could clearly point out to customers what signage is on display at the car park to avoid any doubt. Otherwise everything went well.”
“I have used this car park the last 4 times we have holidays and every time i come back and put card in machine it doesnt recognise my card or car and all you want to do is get home then i have to try and find my email it is a nuisance hopefully next time it works”
“Arrived on time from Tenerife. got through customs. Then waited over forty minutes for the bus to arrive in the freezing cold. Did phone only to be told that the bus had gone to the heliport. your advert says 10-15 min wait. I wasn't the only one the other couple was in a wheelchair and was cold as well.”
