“I’m a red lip girl so any product that is red I’m definitely here for it. Now on the other hand, I’m not much of a cheek tint/blush type. I was sort of hesitant about trying this as a cheek tint, however I’m glad I did! I received the beetroot lip and cheek tint in the colour joy. One thing I noticed automatically was the texture of this product, it glided on so smoothly and it wasn’t a sticky texture. Very pigmented colour which I love. Now to the cheeks. I dotted the product on my cheeks and used a beauty blender to blend the product. VERY impressed how it gave my cheeks that flushed look and it wasn’t overpowering. I’m definitely a fan of this product and it’s clean cosmetics so that’s a bonus. Rating this a 5 out of 5 stars and I will be inquiring about more colour choices.”

“I am loving this Ere Perez Beetroot Cheek & Lip Tint. I was so excited to see that there was beetroot in this product since beetroot as a vegetable has been known to leave a beautiful natural stain. Let me start off by saying this tint is a bright red. A little goes a long way and I cannot express that enough. I used the tiniest amount on my cheeks and it gave such a beautiful flush of colour I loved it! Looks very natural and layers well over makeup which was a very important aspect for me. This product does stain so when I applied it with my fingers it left my fingers bright red. I would recommend directly applying the tint from the applicator and QUICKLY blending it within seconds. This was the perfect way for me to get a beautiful red colour to my cheeks. In terms of the product on my lips, it clings to dry patches so make sure to moisturize your lips very well for this product to apply smoothly. The stain is very powerful and potent so I barely put a dot on my lips and they stained bright red. I think this product overall is very beautiful but needs to be used with a light hand to get a more natural look. So far I am really loving this product and am excited to keep using it!”

“This cheek & lip tint is in the shade Joy and is such a bold, vibrant colour. It can be used as a blush which is really awesome! It’s a water-based formula and contains natural + plant-based ingredients which is amazing. I actually like the smell of beetroot. The only concern I had was it made my lips dry as the other lip stains do. I thought it would be hydrating enough as what the description stated. So, my technique is to always put on a ChapStick or lip balm before using this. Trust me, it looks great and I think it fixes the problem! I also have to spread it fast when I put it on my cheeks to prevent patchiness as it dries quick. I adore the blurry glass packaging because it reminds me of Rare Beauty blushes. Overall, I just wished the lip tint had better texture when spread and more hydrating.”

“I am a licensed aesthetician and my main focus is in skin care. Finding more natural and plant based cosmetics are always exciting to me. The Ere Perez Beetroot Cheek and Lip Tint is incredibly pigmented, as far as lip tint it goes on lightly and evenly but with very bright pigmented colour. Once it dries it is nearly transfer proof and lasts all day without reapplying. I love this product as a lip tint, as far as a check tint I did think that they colour applied beautiful but it is very much a stain and is difficult to manipulate and also very difficult to get off of your fingers if you do not use a brush or sponge to blend, for these reasons I personally would probably not use it as a cheek stain but I am definitely a big fan of it as a lip stain. It's beautiful.”

Myself, I think I prefer tints as they last much longer and you can apply a silky lip oil on top. This next product is a cheek & lip stain in shade “Joy” from Ere Perez. Read on for my thoughts on this lip product:•”Joy” is a punchy red, in fact a “true” red. As this product is derived from beetroot, the colour is very pigmented. In the video, I was a bit heavy-handed on my cheek area. As this is a sheer formula, the coverage is buildable, so you can use a little until you reach the desired blush effect. As this formula is water-resistant, the formula is quite hydrating. My lips feel nice instead of dry. The shade lasts on my lips for about (4) hours. That’s still a good bit of time, imo. This formula is vegan and cruelty-free, which I’m very happy to hear!”

“I am Hendrika, and I had the opportunity to try and review this Ere Perez Beetroot Cheek & Lip Tint as a Beauty Content Creator/Influencer and as such I have 15+ years of experience with trying out skincare, hair care and cosmetic products. This is such a beautiful lip and cheek tint that provides a natural hint of colour on my cheek and lips. It is easy to apply with the applicator. I apply one to two dots on the apple of my cheeks and then blend it with a brush. It blends very well and feels very lightweight on my skin. I love the beautiful, natural, flushed look. I apply a small amount of the tint onto my lips and love that I can apply more layers for a deeper colour if desired. For me one or two layers is enough to give my lips a beautiful natural red hint of colour. It has a very lightweight texture and is beautifully pigmented. It does not feel sticky and the tint is long-lasting. A beautiful multi-tasking product that I recommend!”

This is for anyone who loves the versatility and innovation of a great product with powerful clean ingredients. The coverage is streakless and never patchy. My lips always get chapped whenever I use any other lip stain, but not with this one. This one is rich in texture, giving you enough playtime to fix any error which I appreciate tremendously. The colour payoff is insanely beautiful and lasts for hours until removed. This is my go-to for any flushed look, but I can amplify it up if it is necessary depending on the occasion. The packaging is cute and ready to-go for those always running out the door. Also, it is vegan and cruelty free.”
