“As a licensed aesthetician for 13 years with a background in makeup artistry and cosmetic retail the many mascaras I've come across have run the gamut in price, quality, and natural to synthetic formulas. I have used and had varying (but mostly good) experiences with quite a few naturally formulated mascaras in the past but unfortunately with age my lashes have gotten weaker and due to that very few mascaras will actually allow any sort of curl to hold. Most natural cosmetic lines don't offer a waterproof mascara so I was very intrigued by the fact that this line not only has a natural vegan waterproof option but it's also a 2 in 1 long wear mascara & lash fortifying treatment that promotes healthier lashes. While I haven't used this product long enough to have observed any noticeable difference in the strength or length of my lashes I can speak to it's efficacy and quality as a mascara. I of course noticed the formula is quite dry but that's by design as it is a waterless oil/wax based product. The dry formula does make it take a little longer to build the product up and fully coat the lashes but I didn't mind that. I'm use to having to work product on very quickly after I curl my lashes because I'm use to a wetter formula that dries quicker and going too slow can cause clumps but I noticed because this is a dry formula you can go slower to really work the product on. Even though I worked it on slowly I noticed that the product didn't weigh my lashes down and was successfully able to hold the curl of my lashes. The end result wasn't the most intensely dramatic but it was actually perfect for a pretty lifted look for day time glam. The formula did tend to cause a little bit of clumping but it's easy to comb clumpyness through with the wand and it passed the difficult test of holding the curl of my lashes with the added benefit of lash nourishing ingredients and because of that you can now consider me a fan of this mascara. I would recommend this mascara especially to people like me who have thin lashes that are easily weighed down and/or are wanting a product that is natural and packed with lash nourishing ingredients. As an aesthetician who cares a lot about what comes in contact with my skin I love that I don't have worry about PfAs or toxic chemicals going near my skin or eyes.”

“The first thing I noticed about this mascara is how thick it is compared to other mascaras I have used. The brush itself is a cone like shape as well. I dip the brush in the tube and take the brush out. There seems to be a bit residual on the end so I scrape that off. It seems to take me longer than usual to apply this mascara because of the thickness. I had no issues with chunks or my lashes sticking together. I apply a thin layer and the brush does a great job of spreading out the mascara and my lashes at the same time. After application, my lashes look longer and nicely separated. I was unsure of this mascara at first just due to the application time but it is growing on me with every application I make. I would recommend this mascara as it also washes off easily with face wash as well.”

Why?? Well, my eyelashes are very light, straight, and short. Without mascara, I look like a sow. This next product is in fact, a mascara. Shown is the Avocado Waterproof Mascara from Ere Perez. Read on for my thoughts: I love that it’s a natural mascara and that promotes growth of the eyelashes. It’s a nice formula as far as it goes on nicely and dries fast. The fact that it’s smudge and waterproof is definitely a formula that is attractive to me.The brush is designed to fluff and define which eliminates the need for another mascara brush. I really didn’t get the fullness or length that I like; however I didn’t realize it was a buildable formula. I only applied two coats. Even hours later, my lashes are still soft and flexible. I detest hard, crunchy lashes that flake all over. This formula doesn’t do that. I’m going to keep playing with it and see if I can build it up enough to the level I desire. I’m very curious about Ere Perez’s almond mascara in shade mauve. That shade is so me lol. In any case, I do love the formula and will be open-minded about the layering of this mascara.”

“When I heard about this mascara, I was very interested and curious about the avocado properties in the product and how that would affect my lashes. It’s safe to say that this mascara really nourishes the lashes, leaving your lashes looking healthy and natural. As you can see in my before and after pictures, this mascara provides one of the best lengthening effects I’ve tried; especially from a mascara that isn’t suppose to be dramatic. It also provides some volume to my sparse lashes while still looking natural and the matte black colour really pops. It didn’t flake or smudge throughout the day which is the biggest problem I encounter when trying new mascaras. I would recommend this mascara to anyone looking to enhance their natural lashes.”

“Eve Perez is a brand that uses Australian Powerhouse ingredients and prides itself on natural skincare and makeup. This mascara comes in a small but sleek tube when you first open it up. It has your basic mascara wand with many bristles for even distribution onto your eyelashes. I found that this mascara did not go in clumpy, and coated my lashes in a non heavy formula. The pigment is pretty dark and I struggle with short eyelashes and a lot of breakage and I felt like this will definitely help me repair and grow my lashes. I do wish this have more volume but on days I want to wear a natural makeup look and give my eyelashes a break, this would be wonderful. This product has amazing staying power and was quite hard to remove with micellar water but was manageable. Overall this is a good staple to have among your mascaras.”

“Wow I thought my lashes would end up clumped up with an excessive amount of mascara. Instead each lash is coated with mascara giving each lash a chance to shine and all together give a gorgeous voluminous natural look. There is no clumping of the product and it enhances your lashes more giving you the look like you just got lash extensions. Instead of going for extensions this mascara gives your lashes a natural lift and allowing you to achieve whatever look you are going for. I thought there may be a smell of well makeup, but it smelled like herbs. There was no weird scent or clumping. I'd rate this mascara a 10/10 why because I am now obsessed and adding this mascara to my routine. The best mascara hands down. This is a product that should definitely be in your makeup bag!”

“I am a personal trainer and health beauty advocate. My eyes are sensitive, and I have thrown out a lot of mascaras that itch or burn my eyes. I was curious about the Ere Perez Avocado Waterproof Mascara because it is alcohol-free and filled with nourishing oils like sweet almond oil, mamey oil, and avocado oil. The packaging was simple, and no fuss and I loved the thickness of the mascara wand. I was hopeful it would give my short lashes a nice even coating to lengthen them. Surprisingly, the mascara did not seem to grab onto my lashes. I had to dip the wand multiple times to get a decent enough coating on my lashes. Once I got enough on the wand to apply, I loved how it lengthened and separated my lashes without clumping. I am so excited to share that I did not have any redness or itching all day and no flacking, which is a miracle! I would give the mascara four stars as it was hard to get enough product onto my lashes, yet once on, it lasted all day and lengthened my lashes without any irritations. Grab this clean vegan mascara for your daytime makeup routine.”
