“Thanks very much for the safe delivery of our chicken coup - it arrived in excellent condition and much earlier than expected: a great surprise. Good quality product too.”
“Product more orange in colour than in the picture but fits in very well among green foliage of garden. Will need two strong people if picking up from depot, very easy to assemble but will need a little tweaking to get the whole thing square. We purchased this item to give our duck plenty of room to move when not free ranging and although it has not yet mastered the ramp which is a little flimsy for a heavy duck, the enclosure is very popular. A positive transaction from purchase to pickup but did have to chase order up.”
“THE UNIT ITSELF IS A GOOD ONE, THIS MY SECOND PURCHASE FROM U GUYS BUT BOTH UNITS HAVE DAMAGED FRAMES EG, THE MAIN COVER HAS SPLIT ALONG THE FRAME DUE TO THE FRAMING GUN AND THE NESTING BOX FRAMES ARE CRACKED THROUGH, MAYBE THROUGH HANDLING DELIVERY NOT SURE, BUT LIKE UNIT ITSELF, NEED RUNNING PEN NEXT ORDER HOPE ALL IS OK THANKS JOHN.”
“Once one can work out how they are assembled these are okay. A few written instructions need to be supplied. It took a week to get month old chickens accustomed to their new home. The ramp up to the hen house needs strengthening to stop it from buckling or warping. It also could be coated with material like on roof so chickens don't slip. Perches which clamp onto mesh wire are good when one knows where to fit them. One disadvantage of the soft wood construction, which is nice and light is that cockatoos like to dig into it with their beaks.
Overall these are good Chicken Coops which I recommend to all who like Bantam fowls. Al C. G. 25-11-2014.”
“This is a light but well constructed weather proof hen house and chicken coop. East to assemble once you know where each piece is to go. A few more instructions can be given on assembling units
I'm still not sure where three timbers are to be fixed.”
