“Love the product. Set it up easily by myself. Im not very good with instructions and found the screws a little hard for the legs/support frame for net. These instructions could be a little bit larger/a video link how to for people like me. Kids love it!!”
“it was difficult to get in contact. when I did, the person on the phone was difficult to get info from- would have been nice and more customer friendly if she had provided the info being requested instead of referring me to the website which wasnt helpful and I ended back on the phone again. I asked if tramp was easy to assemble and told it was. It isnt and several days later it is still not assembled as instructions do not cover all assembly points. To be honest- I should have only given 2 stars. If you have more detailed instructions please provide”
“It arrived on time however the instructions received were not for the trampoline I got. Fast service & the screws were a lite too short could have been longer would have made it easier to assemble”
