“The lady at the reception is very nice and polite to deal with. Unfortunately, the chubby Asian guy(not being racist) is very rude and arrogant as if he owns the place! His customer service skills are very poor. He could not care any less. Even asking him to assist whilst loading up is a big ask. He would rather watch you!”
