“The product is of sound construction and was easily assembled. Communication with AlwaysDirect.com.au was difficult. It was difficult to get information concerning if order had been received, if payment had been received, and when goods would be delivered (important as we do not live at the delivery address). While it all worked out, it was a difficult process to track, and as the goods arrived a day early (good), it only worked because neighbours were able to fill the gaps (we were lucky). With improved communications it would be a service I could recommend.”
