“I did not have high expectations for a cheap fold up sauna but am amazed how well it works. Takes a couple of minutes to set up, it heats up in a few minutes and is very effective. I was worried it would be too small as I am quite large but it is fine and I leave it after 25 to 30 minutes looking like I have just stepped out of a shower and feeling great.”

“The infrared sauna I bought is awesome! Before I bought it I was paying $30 per session at a local health clinic. I looked into buying a big infrared sauna and they retail for about $1000 minimum. I then found out about portable infrared saunas but was worried they would not work as well. They definitely work as well. This one works I sweat much quicker than the bigger ones, possibly due to smaller surface area.. I use it everday @ 60 degrees for 40 minutes and sweat massively :) I bought it mainly to detox heavy metals from my system and to reduce fat around the stomach. Feel great and seeing good progress. If I had to say one bad thing about the sauna, it would be that it can start to smell a bit after a few uses which is to be expected. I find that if I leave it outside for a bit everynow and then that takes care of the smell. Great product.”
