“The fire insert is well made with metal sides and a thick glass front. The flames are very realistic...you feel very warm just looking at the fire without any heat. While the heater wont heat a whole house the room whete it is installed is very cosey and much warmer than the vrest of the house....we sit for ages just staring at the flames and just love it!”
