“The delivery service is excellent and fast, yet I have to point out a fact the website shouldn__ claim pickup available since I cannot choose the pick up to save money. So I would give four stars for the store.
For ladder quality and the price, I would give three stars. The reason is the ladder quality cannot guarantees the safety when it is used to 5.8m height and it__ not stable at all! It is okay when you get it folded to V shape, yet once you put it in U shape it__ not stable again. The ladder lock system works well, but it seems not very tightened compared with my old multipurpose ladder ( bought more than a decade ago ) which is very solid and strong. This one is a bit shaky and I don__ think the construction quality up to the ladder of 5.8m height. If I could see it before I get it, I would change my mind.”
