“These were great the first three times I wore them. Very good traction in the mountains and on slippery surfaces. However, the 4th time I put them on, I noticed the sole peeling away. I really wish the quality had been better because they are really comfortable and cute.”
“Ok. So.....don’t use the sizing guide! I don’t think I’ve worn an 8.5 in my whole life. Haha but I decided to go with what the size guide said. I measured my foot from top of toe to heel, even adding an extra half inch or so for good measure. It said I should get an 8.5 so I did. This picture shows what I ended up with. I felt like Cinderella and her glass slipper! Hahahaha!!! I’m going to have to return these and get my normal size. Hopefully the 10 will fit. Normally I’m an 11.As far as quality and looks, I really like them. I have plantar fasciitis and I think these will be comfortable enough to walk in (judging by the comfort of the balls of my foot haha). The color is prettier in person than online. Even my ten yr old daughter liked them better in person.So, hopefully these will work well once I get the correct size.Knocked off a star because I followed the sizing guide instead of my regular shoe size.”
“I ordered the all black with black soles for the purpose of kayaking. I didn’t realize that the laces aren’t real laces. They are a slip on shoe and you can’t tighten them. I’m sure these would come right off in any sort of mud/muck from launching a kayak. I guess these are more meant for casual strolls along a beach or something. I will probably order different kayak shoes, but I may keep these just for kicking around in the summer. The pro is they look nice and they are pretty comfortable.”
