“These shoes are very comfortable and surprisingly easy on the feet for long power walks. I put six miles on the shoes more than once with no trouble with blisters. They are for paved/concrete surfaces only because the soles are free draining in other words large holes in the soles allow for air circulation and drainage and a coarse mesh keeps foreign object like pebbles from entering the shoe. If you accidentally stepped on something sharp your feet could very well be impailed so buyer beware. The durable light coarse mesh fabric of the shoe let your feet breathe and feels wonderful. The tongue is a problem there is nothing to hold it in place so it gravitates off center. I made the mistake of tossing my shoes in the dryer after I washed them. AIR DRY THESE SHOES ONLY! They curled up like bananas hope I can straighten them out again.”
