“These water shoes are so cute. I bought these for me and my daughter. The inside of the shoe is like a regular shoe, there is no tie separation. Both my daughter and I are in half sizes so I ordered the 8 for her and the 9 for me and they fit us giving us a little wiggle room. Nothing rubbed the wrong way, the shoes were comfortable. There isn’t too much arch support but that wasn’t a big problem for us. I have wide feet (bunions) and these fit perfectly without protruding my bunion from the sides (in other words, it hid my bunions well :D). My daughter has narrow feet and she was able to tighten them and they felt comfortable.We used these on our trip to Costa Rica. We walked through a rocky river and the beach. I would say they are very comfortable to use on the beach and I’m assuming in a pool. They were also comfortable for hiking on semi rocky trails like the one in the picture. However, I wouldn’t say they were that comfortable for walking on really rocky rivers. They are definitely better than walking barefoot but you do feel the curves of the rocks underneath.I imagine these would also be great for lakes to do kayaking. I will update when I get a chance to kayak in another river or lake.I would definitely recommend for hiking on semi rocky trails where you mighty have to cross river but not too rugged. And especially for beaches and swimming pools.”
