I wear a 6.5 mostly because of being a firmer gymnast my ankle surgeries bone breaks sprains arch is and impact made my 5.5-6 true size a 6-6.5 with very little arch. I ordered a 6 after reading reviews and I have a good at least 1/2 size space too big but the fit makes it work fine. Order a size smaller if you are a wide don’t add because of it. The material is light and expands without feeling it stretch unless of course they are tooo small. I should’ve ordered a 5-5.5. But I love them.”
