“Well, we found the size to be not totally accurate. We have a replacement pair (we hope), according to customer service, on the way. The tracking number said it arrived but in another state. Customer service has been nice and prompt but not very thorough or accurate in their information. We ordered a different pair (the original one we wanted) in the size (we did not think would fit) and we are hoping that they are as great as they look.”
“I ordered a size 9 1/2 they do run big because I do have more space then what anticipated, next time I’d get an size 9..I’m sure those will fit perfect..but they are comfortable and doesn’t make me take away any stars. In fact I’m going to order another pair! I love these!”
“I bought my size, A little big. But it's okay. The adjustable strap had to be tightened all the way which made it touch the ground so I had to put it around my ankle unfortunately. But still the quality is good.”
