“Fantastic, cute water shoe. I was worried because I am an 8.5, but the 8/8.5 fit great. They were still a little on the looser side (could work great for wider feet) but since I have the style you can cinch up, they stayed on my feet no problem.”
“Having recently begun canoeing with my husband, I needed water shoes for getting in and out of the boat. I had a pair of water-friendly sandals that worked okay, but let in a lot of sand and grit under my foot, so started looking for an affordable shoe that would cover my whole foot and keep the pebbles out - this does the trick! I usually wear between a 9 and a 9.5 shoe - the size 9 fit perfectly. Easy on and off, snugs up tight to my foot with the adjustable laces, and looks great to boot! (no pun intended ;) It does have a thick, sturdy rubber sole which was also fine to walk in after getting out of the water and needing to get back up to our car, but I wouldn't take it on a long walk or hike by itself as I need more support than this shoe provides. However, that's not what this is marketed for, and it worked perfectly for what I need, which is getting around on a gritty boat ramp and getting in and out of the water. It also covers my foot so the weird sandal tan lines I already have won't be reinforced. I could see it working well on a sandy beach walk, though haven't tried it for that. Very happy with my purchase.”
