I wore these while on vacation at Lake Superior. My feet felt safely protected, and I was able to horse around with friends. They had good traction when I was on the dock. They cleaned up well.

It is hard for me to put on shoes, but the tongue on these allows you width to get them on then you can cinch them up. I like the wide toe area, so if you would normally buy shoes a half size larger for wide feet, you don’t have to do that with these. I bought two pair And the only thing I have an issue with is the insoles pull out when you take them off. The insoles are easy to slip back in. I think I’m just going to glue the insoles in.

Love these shoes!! Tore my calf muscle 4 1/2 weeks before my annual river trip. Needed a shoe that would keep my feet gripped. These water shoes are light, airy & breathable, and just down right comfortable. The draw string allows you to tighten them if you like. I felt perfectly safe and confident. All of my friends at the camp wanted to know where I got them. I ordered the pink pair. Out of my realm but so glad I did! May order another for biking and hiking. Who knows!

I can’t quite judge these on the beach yet, but just trying them on I’m a bit skeptical. The little black plastic piece popped right off the first time I tried to adjust them.. so I had to fix it right off the bat.. And though they’re kind of comfortable, they do feel cheap. They feel like you’re walking on a shoe sole with the rest of the shoe made out of a sock. Almost like a ballet slipper with a harder bottom. I was hoping these felt more like sneakers.. my picture shoes my toes sticking up so you can see they fit slightly big for my normal gym shoe size being 6.5. And the back picture shows how they don’t quite stay in place. They fold as I walk. I’m a bit worried that these will easily tear, but hopefully I’ll have more positive to say after I use them on vacation in the coming weeks. I don’t quite regret this purchase, but I’m a little worried that I will soon.

Makes calves look larger. I have very small calves and these aren't flattering. I haven't been able to find any other water shoes that will work for me.I wore these to the beach and they are awful. I can't get the sand out after tons of rinses and washing in washer.

Much better sole than water shoes I have bought in the past. We float on a river that has gravel bars and these were great.
