“Pluses: Inexpensive and Basic.Minuses: Dust will collect under the fabric that makes the top of the sole (not just under the sole support sleeve). After a couple weeks, I felt like there were small weights just in front of my toes. When I realized it was dust that collected (and couldn't be shaken out), I needed to make two small cuts in the fabric of the heel. With these cuts, I could shake the dust out and not have front-foot weights.So, with a little work, these are basically a good deal.”
