“I like the feel and fit, I am considering getting another for my partner.Dislikes: one of the shoe string is missing the plastic cap, that may lose the integrity of the quick lock and unlock feature. Please reach out to maker or seller and send the missing piece. I don't really want to return to get a complete product. Please let me know, otherwise I can send back..Thank you.”
