“Very pleased with the product. Originally ordered a size 10 as that is what I normally wear. Returned them for a 9.5 as I wanted a more secure fit. Used the shoes at Xplor Park and Rio Secreto in Mexico and they were perfect for all activities, both in and out of the water. Plus, they look good on your feet. Really good value for the price.”
“I've never owned water shoes before so this was something new to me. Also I have 2x wide feet and from reading it sounded like these were a little wide which they were which was perfect for me feet. I do wish they had better arch support but for the price they were a great value. Also they don't dry fast in Florida due to the humidity so either bring them in to the A/C or put them on shoe drying rack in your dryer on low.”
“Review based on approx. one month of wearing these daily for approx. 45 min/day water exercise in an indoor pool.The true mesh upper and holes throughout the shoes means they dry a lot faster than the prior lycra/spandex/wet-suit type of shoes I used before. Nice and easier to put on a dry (or close to dry) shoe rather than a wet shoe. They usually go on OK, but sometimes a bit tight as the tongue has 3 fixed elastic bands Vs laces. If this becomes a problem one could probably cut the fixed elastic bands and thread real laces through the eyelets. Sole has good grip on tile locker room floor. Inside arch support is good, much stiffer than prior lycra-type material shoes-they had next to no arch support.. Durability seems promising so far. My prior lycra-type shoes started to develop holes in toe area and also at back near heal, after less than one month of us.”
“I'm a senior citizen and just started a group aerobics pool class at a local gymnasium. Some of the hour-long drills can get pretty intense, especially when foot grip is needed for speed and agility, not to mention the beating raw feet will take from a standard pool surface. Outside of swimming fins, I never heard of footgear for the pool. Style meant little, so that was just a bonus. Finding a men's size 13 was a challenge. The soles are thick enough for comfort but light enough to maneuver under water. The tread of the soles are grooved and vented to allow safe and comfortable non-slip movement. The entire shoe is ventilated so water does not collect in it. They're easy to slip on with the elastic laces on top and yet stay comfortably and securely attached to your feet throughout vigorous underwater exercise. They include ventilated footpads which tend to come out when you take them off, but are easy to reinsert. It seems I hit it lucky with my first purchase of this type of footwear. Finding them took a dedicated online search to keep looking until I felt I found the product to meet my needs. Now having used them, I am not disappointed. And they dry out quickly too. This product met or exceeded all of my expectations and at a very fair price.”
