“Chinese Spinach Amaranth from AgriTech North has deep magenta-veined leaves that are strikingly beautiful and taste earthy-sweet, it wilts like spinach but holds a little more texture. I sauteed it with garlic and it was excellent. Rare to find this variety fresh anywhere in Ontario; the fact it's locally grown and pesticide-free makes it even better!!!”
