“The hoodie was a beautiful colour, fab quality. Thick material. The only thing was the stitching of the hood was faulty. I contacted the customer service and they were fantastic. They offered the refund of p&p and also gave me a free code for p&p for my next purchases. Despite being disappointed with the finish of the hoodie- the customer service team did everything to help. I have re-purchased a hoodie from them.”
