“Dear Adanola Customer Service Team, I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding two separate sweatshirt orders I placed while traveling in the United States. For both orders, the estimated delivery window provided at checkout was 2–5 business days. Based on this information, I carefully arranged delivery to the addresses where I was staying during my trip. Unfortunately, neither order arrived within the promised timeframe. As a result, I had already checked out and left both locations before the packages were delivered. Had the estimated delivery times been accurate, I would have received the items without any issue. I understand that shipping delays can occasionally occur. However, experiencing the same situation with two separate orders has left me extremely disappointed, especially as I relied on the delivery estimates when making my purchase decisions. Since I am no longer in the United States and do not have access to either delivery address, I kindly request your assistance in arranging the return of the packages and issuing a full refund for both orders. I have always admired Adanola’s products and customer experience, which is why I chose to place these orders during my trip. I sincerely hope a fair resolution can be found in this situation. Please let me know if you require any additional information, including order numbers or delivery details. Thank you very much for your time and understanding. “It’s my first Adenola purchase. And wow this sweatshirt was so soft. I’d size down one to get that slightly oversized fit. If you like a true oversized fit then get your normal size.”
