“If you are looking for all purpose leggings these will not suit. They are OK for the gym but are very shiny and thin, maybe best for running in warm weather (I’m not a runner though!). Because of the shiny fabric they are useless for reformer or tower Pilates as you slide all over the place and need a grippy mat under your hips/bum. If you have a bit of a rounded tummy, like I do, they also roll down. I’ve heard so many positive things about Adanola but my first experience was disappointing”
