“I'm down over 300 euro due to their horrendous returns process, I don't think I'll ever get it refunded (been waiting well over a month), and by the looks of their reviews and socials I'm not the only one. Avoid!”

“I usually buy size M in Adanola even though I am a uk 8. I bought this top tried on it seemed snug but fit ok. Went to class and it kept riding up on the shoulders. Every time I did any move with my arms up it rode up. Upon closer inspection it feels the stitches are incorrectly placed or the item is mislabelled. I sent 6 or so back and forth emails with customer service to try to explain this and potentially have them investigate the item and send me a replacement that should fulfil an M's standards. It was like speaking with a brick wall. One that kept repeating the same story. Saying that because I had taken the labels off, it's not returnable and it's not faulty. Even though they refuse to check the item for themselves. Anyway, just pray to god you have no issues with your item cause if you do, you're own your own!”
