“When the package arrived the package had an extreme smell of fabric freshener which i thought was unusual. when I opened it the top had been absolutely doused in fabric freshener to the point where it irritated me, i didn't try it on as I felt like it had been worn when taking a closer sniff it absolutely stunk of body odour and hd deodorant marks in side. I'm not sure who quality checks the items when they're are retuned or posted out. When I contacted customer service they gave me a structured response on how to return which annoyed me even further as I'm fully aware of how to check the site for the returns process. I have a lot of items from adanola to ge quality is so bad over recent times.The labelling peels of the leggings get bobbling very quickly I don't really like the customer service either tbh I won't be ordering again.”
