“Im a millennial who lived in yoga pants as a teen so was very happy to see an ADA version because I'm a big fan of the non-pilling fabric. I'm usually a size S in regular clothing but get an M in leggings for bloat comfort so did the same with these. These in an M were definitely a little roomier than an M in the leggings but I'm happy with the size as it is comfy with enough leg room but not actually in any danger of falling down. If you want super fitted/compression then I would size down one from your legging size.”
