“This bag is great for chucking everything in. It's huge, but sort of sags when not full so doesn't look too big. The zoo is nice and chunky so opens and closes very easily. Straps are comfortable on shoulder even when bag is heavy.”

“First the zip went on the bag, and then the strap. I didn't use the bag until several months after I bought it, I asked Adanola for a replacement (as it's still stocked) and they said no because it was outside the refund/replacement window. I clearly had a faulty bag or perhaps Adanola only expect the bag to last within their no replacement window (6 months)?”
