“I ordered a bag for my daughters birthday on the 8th January. I did not receive it and I emailed twice and heard nothing back. My daughter used a different media route and finally after several messages she heard back and was told I would get a refund. I have received this however no refund for postage.”

“I bought this bag to use for the gym, but it's surprisingly bigger that expected so I've actually used it for a weekend away. There's a really handy front pocket, perfect for just grabbing your phone or keys��_& then another inside pocket in addition to the main bag space. Really pleased with it & it looks super stylish!”
