“There was a manufacturing issue with the lettering when I received the product, which I emailed to ask if this was normal (part of the ��O' hasn't transferred onto the sweatshirt). Have received no response after a couple of weeks, so pretty disappointed with the product and service. Didn't want to send back until the issue was rectified as it is always out of stock in my size!”
