“I normally love the quality of your clothing however this particular item was very disappointing. Holes have started to appear on the side of the top. I have followed care instructions exactly and it's a fairly new top. I am disappointed by the quality of this top.”

Despite my efforts��five emails and two online tickets��I've received neither a return confirmation nor a refund. The absence of any response reflects a complete disregard for customer concerns. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of purchasing anything online; the experience is far from satisfactory, and I strongly advise against it.”

“Tops are very small regarding if true to size or not. I would usually opt for a XS or S, but even the S was very tight on. Uncomfortably tight. The quality is great, but shame about the tops sizing as it makes it harder to pick what to buy.”
