“Leggings are gorgeous but this is to help with sizing. My 14 yr old is slim and wears her age in kids clothing. Choosing adult sizing can be difficult. Her Nike pro leggings are size kids XL which I think is age 13-15 and I ordered the size small in the adanola leggings and they fit perfectly. My daughter initially said they were too small but I think that was due to the high waist which she wasn't use too. She has other women's clothing and they between a XS (juicy) and a S. She is a size 6-8 and 5'4. I will add a photo of the Navy size small on top of the age 13-15 kids Grey Nike legging. They are practically the same size but Nike are full length not 7/8. Adanola are of course stretchier. Hope this helps someone x”
