“I must express my disappointment with this product. Initially, I ordered my usual size, XS, but upon trying them on, they felt excessively tight. Hoping for a better fit, I exchanged for a size S, which initially seemed to fit well. However, after just a day of wear, they stretched out and became excessively baggy. Additionally, the coffee colour was not as flattering as I had hoped. Regrettably, despite reaching out to customer services a month ago, I am still awaiting a response. This lack of communication only compounds my dissatisfaction with this experience.”
