“The leggings were either faulty or just bad quality. I requested support several times and I kept getting the runaround from customer service not wanting to acknowledge there may be a problem nor wanting to resolve the issue. Constantly asking for photographs of the fault when it's impossible to send a photograph of Leggings that roll down and sag at the crotch, how does one take a photo of that?”
