“The top is great like all the other item! But the customer service could have been better. 1 - I ordered a couple of items over the price to qualify for free ship a message popped up to say you qualify for free shipping so I assumed I did but you have to enter a code anyhow whatever to that. 2 when my my order didn't arrive for some time I emailed to say the order hasn't arrived in the specified time frame 2-5 days they advised I wait 10 days I didn't understand that when the website says 2-5 day delivery. I tracked and no update on Royal Mail website, adanola customer advisor advised me to fill out a claim form for the items when I contacted them for the 10th time, which I found odd as they sent the item they should be doing the chasing if I haven't received it in the specified time frame, anyhow I rang total mail they advised me the same that adanola should make contact either refund me or send me the items again. Royal Mail advised me parcel is lost or damaged and they are trying to locate it or repair the parcel. Anyway the parcel arrived a few days later, but adanola just fobbed me off in the process which was really very annoying.”

“I'm usually an XS in all Adanola items, as a UK8 / 59kgs. I upped my tops to a small after reading the reviews but these still felt restrictive in the arm. So I returned and intend to buy a medium (downside being I'd used a free delivery code on my 1st order, and it had expired by the time I needed to reorder the M). Otherwise they're great quality, nice and soft and a good length.”
