“Sent a different bag to the one I ordered. Sent 3 emails to customer service and got not reply, finally managed to get a reply on Instagram to be told it wasn't the policy to send the correct one and I'd need to return the incorrect item, wait 10 days for a refund and need to reorder the correct one (with 10% off for my troubles, which wouldn't even cover postage). Terrible customer service.”
