“The set is beautiful. Unfortunately crewneck arrived dirty with the yellow spots I couldn't remove until today. It is my belief that the item may have been previously purchased, returned in a dirty condition, and then resold to me without proper inspection. I sent information to Customer Service with the picture. The answer was very extremely disappointing "After liaising with our product team, they have confirmed that unfortunately, we would not class this as a manufacturing fault, therefore, we would be unable to accept a return or issue a refund on this occasion." I ended up with expensive & dirty item... It was my last order with ADANOLA!”
