“I bought this pack of socks, wore the white pair once and by the end of the day there was a hole at the toe area. I noticed the material there was paper thin so I wasn't completely surprised by this. I reported this and asked for a replacement pair socks after screen shooting the said socks to show them. I got a refund for the pair but not a replacement pair so I'm still without the white pair. I asked for a complimentary pair as a gesture of good customer service, to which I was told NO. I'm so disappointed by this and very shocked. Safe to say I won't be shopping with you again!”
