“Not for me. I returned using DHL courier fully tracked & delivered on November 28th still waiting to be refunded. Terrible customer service, I've emailed waybill from DHL & proof of delivery which was signed for. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!”
