“Ordered this for my wife's anniversary present. Arrived and immediately noticed the hoodie was horribly creased, like it had been balled up in the back of someone's wardrobe for months. It stank of perfume and was covered in make up stains. Immediately repackaged it and sent it back and was told the top could be refunded but I would not be reimbursed for postage and packing.”
