“Unfortunately i have sent a message to customer services who have ignored both of my requests for a refund. This hoodie is so heavy and uncomfortable to wear, the hood pulls down the back as it is so heavy and the material is so hard, nowhere near the soft material i was lead to believe. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I have also washed it as per the manufacture guidelines and the lettering has crumpled and the stitching on the back of awful! It honestly looks like a replica! Size wise i am a uk 14/16 and ordered a M which is enormous! Adanola i want a refund!”

“Nice quality fabric Washes well Fits well for that oversized look However, just a personal preference with the A D A lettering, even when ironing they are not flush against the hoodie like when you first purchase the item and you can see bubbles/creases. For the price it would be nice that the fabric ironed well and was smooth. I wouldn't find this flaw as noticeable if the A D A was in black instead of white. Black on black would be a good look”
