“2 stars coz the product itself is good, However the packaging came to me damaged ( the led of the face wash was broken) even tho this is bad, the customer service which is the main strength or weekness of any brand is much worse, i respectfully reached out to them, very delayed replies from thier side, they promised for a bottle swap, and they completely ignored me, which show how they dont give attention to thier clients, so i'll try other brands which i am sure will have similar quality but hopefully much better customer service”
