“Beautifully made dog coat, so soft and cosy. Unfortunately it was too small for our dog so we had to return it. The customer service was amazing. The even called me to see if they could help with a replacement. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them again when I get the size problem sorted. Our dog is an Irish Water Spaniel which is quite an unusual breed with a distinctly different shape!”
